    Our networking team identified an issue between Cloud and some NAP Africa peers, in particular, MTN and Vodacom.

    We reset all BGP sessions to NAP Africa and we believe that all sessions are now established correctly.

    The issue was on the NAP Africa side and not Cloud. Our Networking Engineers are in contact with NAP Africa to further investigate.

    We have identified a network issue, with Hetzner, that is affecting our client’s abilities to connect to their servers. We are currently working with Hetzner to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. We are aware and apologise for the inconvenience caused by this network issue.     Update: The issue has been escalated to senior Hetzner management and they currently have their most senior network architect taking a look.
