For the first time since our service went live in 2010, we are performing maintenance that will affect our cloud platform. While this is extremely rare, it is necessary to improve the service that we offer to you, our valued client.
The upgrades include hardware replacement, networking changes and various other changes that will require a brief interruption to your service.

It is important to note that your server will be rebooted. We recommend activating automated start-ups of applications/services to be implemented. Arrangements can be made with our support team for any custom start-up methods that you may require to be manually performed on your behalf.
